Pathetic

Pathetic service, we have been anxiously waiting since the 1st of October 2023, and to date we are still waiting for installation. We received the router within 3 days of applying and had to pay a R250 fee and we are still without internet to date. Every time we speak to their consultants they tell me that the problem has been escalated but to no avail. What the HELL must we do now???????
