Pathetic

Hi have been with Afrihost a few years now even though I could have paid less at telkom because there customer service was great I remained with Afrihost today things changed never in my life thought this would ever happen where they would get beat at there strongest point I have been down now with out connection now for 8 days and they not going to reconnect us because telkom is ****ing of adsl so they migrating there customer to lte or fiber at the same cost price and the best Afrihost is telling is to cancel My line after my loyalty to them it’s just like you can leave now thanks haha must be a good business where you can tell customers just to leave well guess what Iam thanks send me my cancelation letter!!!!!!
