Passing the buck

I've logged a claim for loss of service with Afrihost a month ago. My open ticket is now close. It's payday today for Afrihost but no credit app**** to account. This is outrageous!. I've been back and forth complaining and requesting escalations with them. They playing the blame game between them and vuma. This is basically a game they playing. I've reminded them of Icasas policy on loss of service but that don't seem to bother them. I've now officially opened a complaint with Icasa. Afrihost you have lost my trust!!. Was the role reversed, you will be calling and emailing me every day to make payment.
