Passed between 5 different people

Afrihost is the worst service provider in the internet space. Please o not sign up with them everyone. I asked a simple question about accessing my online account. The call centre staff have no idea how to resolve anything. I garantuee you if you sign with this company you will be very sorry. The only thing they know how to do is bill you but if you have any questions or technical issues they pass you from department to department and then eventually just say 'i'll raise a ticket'. DON'T SIGN UP WITH AFRIHOST YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
