Paid service isnt delivered

Connectivity problems since last Friday, I have been accused of not having a laptop to test THEIR modem, and managers throw the phone down in my ear when I ask if I may please finish my complaint explanation. The customer service is ridiculous as NOT one agent can solve the problem, and they lie about sending reference numbers. I have wasted hundreds of rands on data as the service isnt working !!! they demand that I call back to speak to yet another agent at my cost. I fail to understand how their staff can lie and say I ordered 2 modems but don't give me proof ??? Kabo throws the phone down in my ear. Do they have no respect for their clients ??
