Paid manually and still in Arrears!

My debit order on the 1st of november for afrihost failed as there isnt money in my account on the first of the month.only from the second!But after i recieved the notification that it failed I went to the client zone and paid manually via debit card.After that I recieved a sms from my bank,a receipt on my email and saw it deducted on my bank statement.but afrihost still denies any payment made by me.I am not going to pay the amount twice.and i never had this problem with Afrihost before.But i get the same response.No payment was made.And I cant afford to be cut off! So what is going on!!!
