Paid for items which have not been delivered and used!

Hi, 2 months ago i orders a fixed wireless sim from afrihost, however before ordering the fixed wireless sim i enquired if it would work on my current modem, the agent then assisted and informed me that the sim would work with my modem. i awaited the delivery of the sim and so i popped the sim into my modem and waited two days for the sim to work. i then called afrihost and i was told that the sim will not work on my modem and that i should get the package with the free device which was one month free. i opted for that and asked the agent to cancel the previous sim. i am still awaiting the delivery of my device and sim for almost a month, i have paid for both sims this past month 600 with an additional payment of 160. i have been told i will not receive a refund and i have not made any use of these sim cards the first been in my possession and i have been told to send it back when the other device if delivered. i have been given pathetic service from afrihost! i have called and wasted a large amount of time trying to fix this issue. the one lady told me she will speak to warehouse and never got back to me. with such terrible service i would kindly like a refund and to cancel my services with afrihost.
