Package change a real frustration

Really struggling to get my package updated from capped to uncapped. I keep getting told that it will be sorted but I keep having to go back to follow up, only to have to go through the process again. In the meantime, I am approaching my cap and I am going to have to shell out R100's on top-ups. Come on Afrihost...
