Overcharging/Double Billing

Ve extremely careful of billing errors, when afrihost make a mistake they will refuse to acknowledge it or even bother to double check correctly.

I was billed twice for a top-up amount and have supp**** all the information needed to them so that they can verify and refund me. All the information they need is very easily available in their own system so that they can easily check it for themselves but they are just sticking with the orgional answer and keeping my money.

It's shocking that during this lockdown companies that are allowed to continue operating are taking advantage of their customers.
