So Afrihost lowers their monthly fibre contract fee and doesn't feel obligated to inform customers adequately. The claimed to have emailed all clients and it was the client's duty to select the fee reduction.

Who in the right mind would willingly want to pay for the same service.

I'm shocked and beyond disgusted by their level of thievery.
