Overcharges by Afrihost

I signed up for 100/100mbps Metrofibre and on 1 Oct 2020 Afrihost offered its fibre customers double their existing line speeds at no extra cost for a period of four months. The temporary upgraded speed of 200/200mbps was never experienced and on 1 Feb 2021 I downgraded to 50/50mbps but price remained on 100/100mbps. On 1 June 2021 a free speed upgrade was done from 50/50mbps to 100/100mbps. Still the price was incorrect. I logged a complaint twice and was told that my downgrade was only on 18 May 2021 which is untrue. Afrihost is lying to me and overcharging me and trying to cover it up. I will lodge it now to ICASA
