Over charge and arrogant e-mail

I applying for account on the 17March, you deducted money on the 18 March, my setup was done on the 21 March, 22 March you email demand letters telling me my account needs to be paid for April? Please explain that to me?? There isa debit order in place, you charge me a full month for March and demanding arrogant email from you?
