Over billing

<p>I've got an account with afrihost for a bronze cloud server which I pay R290pm for the server and R9pm for the emails and R350pm for Microsoft Server 2012 STD which I've just realized other people are paying R190 pm for Microsoft Server 2012 STD , I called and the consultant said they'll investigate why I have been over charged then give me a call and they'll refund me. And to my suprise I'm still waiting for that call and Afrihost is not responding to my emails and when I call them they keep taking me the same process which I have undergone with the previous consultant, which tells me nothing has been done expect keep taking my money.</p>
