Over a week install fibre - dnt use Afrihost

Worst customer experience and i have not even got my fibre installation done as yet

I have been trying to get my fiber installation done through afrihost and its been over a week just to get someone to call me to schedule and installation date. You where extremely quick to call me regarding payment upfront but to get the installation date this has taken a week of me calling you daily only to be told that you have escalated it to the installation partner and they will call me. Secondly I understand we working remotely but when i asked to speak to a manager or senior i get told no you cant. Surely you could get someone to call me back. My VR 1***7 is still not attended to.
