Outstanding Support

I had a problem with my bank card and could not pay my fibre, I ended up going to the Bank on a Sunday . With no internet the entire weekend it was frustrated but with Thuli that was very humble and apologetic, even though it was not her fault she was able to sooth me on email and telephonically .

I really really want to say THANK YOU THULI from the bottom of my heart for doing over and the beyond. Your work is truly remarkable . A normal support person wouldve told me its not AfriostT fault and closed the ticket. But you really stood by us until the end. Thank you very much and I hope Management will realize that is good people like you will choose Afrihost as the chosen ISP .
