Outraged at useless Afrihost Airmobile service and *********** support

I am writing this formal complaint regarding the abysmal service I have received from Afrihost's Airmobile eSIM product over the past week.

Last Thursday, I ported my number to Airmobile. Since then, I have had absolutely no functioning service despite endless troubleshooting efforts. Afrihost's technical support team has proven ***********, providing no solutions and wasting my time with repetitive steps instead of fixing the issue.

I have spent hours explaining the problem to various agents by phone, email and WhatsApp. They keep passing me between departments with no resolution. I have spoken to frontline staff, multiple supervisors and waited for the so-called specialized technical team, to no avail.

Afrihost clearly launched an unready product without proper testing. Their inability to perform a simple porting process or rectify ongoing connectivity issues reflects poorly on their technical capabilities. I sincerely regret ever porting my number to Airmobile after this experience.

The impact on me has been significant in lost time, money and opportunity cost. I have missed important communications for my business and personal matters due to not having a functioning phone number for over a week now.

I am extremely dissatisfied and outraged at Afrihost's lack of accountability and urgency to resolve this critical issue. I have been more than cooperative in trying all suggested steps. However, my patience has now worn completely thin.

Therefore, I am escalating this to senior management. If I do not receive a firm resolution and detailed explanation of what went wrong by end of day today, I will have no choice but to pursue further action with the relevant regulatory bodies for redressal, including but not limited to, the Complaints and Compliance Committee of ICASA.

I remain hopeful this grave situation will be promptly fixed to avoid that outcome. I await your urgent response.
