outgoing mail frustrations

Have you ever felt like all hope is lost? I'm at that point. The staff I chat with on the phone are always helpful but somehow things just aren't working out. I have been trying to sort out an outgoing mail issue on a couple of domains on our dedicated server but I have explained and told the story to at least 5 different people, I get to put it on hold, and then later the call drops. Hoping that They would call me back because I really don't want to explain all of it again but they don't. So I have been trying to sort it out over mails with *** but it just does not seem like they fully understand what the issue is.
