Out-of-this-world CUSTOMER SERVICE and SUPPORT!

I can not get talked out about how awesome Afrihost's support is. It doesn't matter, day or night, live support or over the phone, there's always someone ready to help. And in record time.<br> <br> I would like to highlight 2 support people today:<br> <br> 1) Shaun P: Yesterday one of my clients whose domain and email I'm hosting on my server had major email trouble. They have 6 company email addresses that is set up on about 10 different devices. As a result of one of the devices that had the wrong password, none of the email addresses worked on any of the devices....BUMMMER! Shaun jumped right in. At one point I had Shaun on my one phone and my IT guy at client's office on another phone. I ended up having them both on speaker phone as we traced the problem. Within no time the Shaun guided us, fixed the problem and customer is SMILING again....on all devices!<br> <br> 2) Zayne B: Many many times when I need assistance (domain, email etc etc), I find Zayne on 'Live support'. He always exceed my expectations and sorts whatever problem I have effortlessly. You ROCK man!! Thanks again again. You make me look GOOD in front of my clients.<br> <br> Need a hosting company?
