OUT OF BUNDLE AND OUT OF MY HARD WORKING MONEY

After having lte cell c 200 gig and never ran out of data we now start having problems with afrihost. We were forced to choose between mtn and telkom. We singed up for telkom 120 day and 120 night for R699. Every month on the 25th we are OUT OF BUNDLE. I then decide to move it up to 250 day and 250 night for R999. Now we are OUT OF BUNDLE on the 21st. How can this be possible? Whats app is currently offline. No one to help. What a waste off my money. But hey if you see all the bad reviews on hallo peter and facebook you van just assume that this is how they treat all customers. Mind blowing how they can ***** and get away with it!!!!!! Stay away!!!
