Ordered ADSL line in december still not ready
I've ordered a 10 Mb adsl line in December 2014, no delivery.<br> I have phoned them more than 10 times. They keep on diverting the problem. No solution. Every time they just give me another 7-14 waiting period. I'm losing business every day, due to lack of internet

We apologise for the problems you have had with the activation of your DSL line.
As you may know, we request the DSL line on behalf of the client with Telkom. This process takes up to 30 days. You signed up on 23 December, we unfortunately received confirmation from Telkom on 27 January that you were too far from the exchange to get 10mbps, so they can not process your original DSL line request.
Our team was in touch to confirm with you to see if 2mbps was a satisfactory alternative. This request has been made with Telkom yesterday. It takes up to 30 days for this process to be completed.
