Ordered a Xiaomi device 2 weeks back, but still have not received it.

<p>I ordered a Xiaomi redmi note 3 phone via afrihost website on Monday (12 June), they said it would take 3 to 5 days to deliver the device. 10 days later I still do not have the device. I have been calling the call center (and even went to thier offices), but all they telling me is that they are waiting for their phone supplier (Mobile in africa) too respond to their emial!! Asked them if they cannot just call them and they said they have no contact number!! This is unacceptable, I do not have a contract with their supplier, I have a contract with Afrihost and expect them to arrange me the phone!! I have been a customer for 3 years and I must say that thisb is the first time i receive such a bad service from them.</p>
