Order not processed

I ordered LTE on the 5th of December, paid immediately with a credit card for immediate payment verification, as there website states. I have been inquiring throughout December when I can receive my order, multiple excuses of not having stock, order backlogs, upon inquiring again today I was told that my payment has not yet been verified and therefore my order has not yet been processed, they do have stock and that I would have received my order in December if the payment was verified, which it should have been as I immediately paid via credit card. This is unacceptable, not one customer support agent was able to give me a straight answer, always saying I should enquire again in a week.
