Order New Package

on the 20th November i ordered Fixed Wireless Package for Afrihost. I followed up on the 22nd of November and they said they have a shortage of the device and i would have it by the end of the month.

I then cancelled my 2mb line for the end of the month as i would have my device from them. I the as a follow up contacted them on the 28th of November and they had told me i must contact the courier as they had the device. I contacted the courier and they said that they dont have the device and i must contact Afrihost. I then contacted Afrihost again and asked to speak to a manager and they told me that one of them would get back to me by the end of the day.

Now it is the 4th of December and no one has contacted me back and still no device. When you sign up for the package it says you will have your device within 7 to 10 working days.

I have been a customer for 4 years and this is how they treat me.
