Order Disappeared from Cart

I have been a customer for Afrihost for many years. I was so disappointing when I placed an order for 'the Rain package', Then it disappeared from my cart, no communication from afrihost. I followed up and was told I didn't check out, I was so sure I checked out, anyway I asked the lady who assisted me to take me through the process again. She assisted me and confirmed that the order has been placed. 2 weeks later after not receiving any communication or the order itself,I called back to be told that my order had been cancelled again. THEY HAVE NO EXPLANATION WHY THIS ORDER KEEP CANCELLING. Noone even communicates. The last person I spoke to - Dennis in Technical, promised to call me back and he didn't.
