OPTIMIST EXPERIENCING BAD SERVICE

Sim card stopped working and I was not able to get thru to the call centre to do a sim swap but debit order deducted for 3 months. Different technicians giving their own diagnostics. I have suggested them providing me a new sim card and just delay debiting me as I have credit. I have been waiting for a response a week now.
