Openserve/Afrihost Issues

Fibre line got recycled even though it's active. Afrihost making **** promises that it's a quick fix on Openserve side yet it's been more than 30h and still nothing works then I get told maybe on Tuesday (Today is Friday) it will work. What must I do to keep on working and providing internet? Buy mobile data every time to do so which costs a lot of money? Absolutely ridiculous. One person says this other person says that. No one there is doing anything with openserve about my problem...
