Only place orders 2 weeks after signing up

<p>Telkom installed a line for me on Friday, that same day I signed up with Afrihost for the bundle 4mbs ADSL and 100GB data, called them the week after and they said it can take up to 2 weeks, so today I called them (2weeks later) and get told that the ADSL line hasn't even been ordered by them yet. Call to cancel and now there is some error on there customer zone so I can't cancel. I know that they strive for good customer service but looks like they are getting worse (20 min wait time to call ADSL department). Trust in Afrihost has been demolished. </p>
