Online Chat is not working...

I'm deaf aand use Afrihost's Online Chat when I need their support for my client's internet problem etc. Now Afrihost disabled Online Chat and I have contact them to enable the Online Chat but they don't care to enabled it.They said I should send email to them. I'm very frustation because I can't use telephone or sending email take me long to be attention, sometimes next day, somtetimes reply twice. I'm not happy with Afrihost's service.. PLEASE BRING BACK ONLINE CHAT!!! Thank you, Rian
