Online Application is Very Misleading

Afrihost, Your online application verses your Fibre Line installation packaged deal does not correspond to what you are currently offering! Your Online Application includes a line Installation but when I phoned your (Very Rude) consultants, I was informed that you will not be paying for the Vumatel line installation. How on this earth can you offer a packaged deal and send a "non approved" installer to install the Line????? Your email to me clearly indicates that Vumatel will call me directly to arrange installation. Is this some sort of "Catch"???

I need feedback, as I have already went to Social Media, and believe me, this is NOT where I will stop! My Afrihost Order Number for the Vumatel Line Installation is: AH421AD ********** . Vumatel confirmed below that they will be at my premises next week Tuesday for the Line Installation.

I need answers!!
