Ongoing Internet Issues with Afrihost – No Resolution Since 14th Feb!

I have been experiencing serious connectivity issues with Afrihost since 14th February 2025, and to date, I still don’t have a stable internet connection. The service briefly returned on Friday, only for it to disappear again yesterday. Every time I call, I am told my issue has been escalated, yet nothing gets resolved.

I am beyond frustrated and disgusted with the lack of urgency in addressing this problem. To make matters worse, I am unable to escalate my complaint further because I cannot even speak to a manager when I call. This level of service is completely unacceptable!

Afrihost, I expect immediate action to restore my internet connection permanently. Enough with the excuses—fix this issue NOW!
