Ongoing Internet Connectivity Issues and no help from Afrihost

I have been experiencing persistent internet connectivity and WiFi issues for the past two weeks. Despite multiple calls to your support team, I am continuously informed that there are no issues on your end. However, I am frequently losing signal, which significantly impacts my ability to work from home. My internet connection repeatedly drops, requiring me to reconnect to my router, and this has been ongoing for two weeks. Additionally, the internet speed on both my phone and laptop is extremely slow or non-functional at times. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance in diagnosing or resolving this issue. I am paying alot of money to have a stable internet line, I expect help with this issue which I have not been getting
