On the 24 April 2025I had app**** for home fibre online and after terrible service I then canceled the order on the 25 April 2025. I received and email confirming the cancelation on the same day the 25th. However the went on to debit me even though I do not have fibre installed and having had no service from them. No thwy are ignoring my emails. I want my money back.
