ON MY KNEES BEGGING FOR ANSWERS

After getting the worst possible service from Rain Networks i decided to switch to a more reputable complany like Afrihost. Signing up to a LTE deal was pretty simple, but now the head ache comes to the delivery. Its been well over 10 days and i still havent received my SIM. Everyday afrihost say delivery will be the next day. The next day becomes the next day. Ive spoken to about 4 different consultants today and all they can say is that its be escalated to the courier company.

After a whole day of getting nowhere, im fed up. You wanted your money upfront but i get shoved to back of the line. My Sim that i bought with my money is sitting with the courier but i cant get answers to why it hasnt been delivered.

Absolutely disgusting......
