Offering a service Afrihost cannot provide

I signed up and received my sim card from Afrihost on Tuesday. Today is Friday and my internet is still not working. Yesterday I used all my own airtime calling Afrihost and spoke to about five different consultants who ALL provided me with different information and who ALL could not figure out what was wrong and assist me. Why do you offer fixed wireless if you arent able to provide the service??? Consultants "promise" to phone you back and never do. Now I am sitting with a sim and no internet???????
