Offer promotions but find unreasonable reasons to renege on their offer

Was going to join a different ISP, but decided to join Afrihost because they were running a "First three months free" promotion. Only for me to get charged during the very first month. Turns out they added a clause in the promotion T's and C's (I don't know where these T's and C's were displayed and they were not provided after I requested them) where if the previous owner/tenant of your fibre line was using Afrihost / was alleged to use Afrihost (no way to find this out), you do not qualify for the promotion. But nobody tells you whether you qualify or not. To this day I have not been told whether or not that was the case.

Don't fall for their "promotion" traps!
