Number permanently disconnected while active on Afrihost network

About a year ago my nr got recycled (permanently disconnected) despite using 12gig a month on an Afrihost account, "because the sim was not being used". Afrihost refused to take the blame. I had to order a new sim with them with the promise that if I order it from them this would not happen again. Despite of the inconvenience and time spent on the issue, they made me pay for the delivery of the new sim and did not reimbursed me in any way for the inconvenience and cost. It is a year later and the sim that was delivered to me by Afrihost is now once again recycled. There is no way I am going through the same drama as last time. It is clear that Afrihost can not deliver on their data service. I want the money that was debited from my account back. That is for both the data that I was not able to use, with the money spent on AfrihostPlus for that number.
