Not what was promised

My home Wifi has not been working since the 13th April 2023, every time i am in contact with them i get the same reply, and get told that they have escalated to Vumatel. and that they will contact me to assist. 7 days later and i am still getting the same message. Every consultant says it with be seen to urgently.
