Not what they used to be

Was told that our fibre would be activated yesterday. Today we get told that they are unlikely to have it activated before Monday. Have asked to speak to a supervisor but there isn't anyone around. Afrihost used to be good. Looks like they've gone to the dogs. Maybe with a bad review we'll get some service.
