Not the best when it come to Customer experience

I will give them a 3 because when the internet works is is ok. BUT when something goes wrong customer service is seriously lacking, they take ages to resolve problems and always try to pass the buck as they are not the main carrier thus when speed and latency problems occur it is out of their hands.
