Not refunding account raised

I have been a loyal client with Afrihost for a number of years. Had no problems until now!<br> <br> I cancelled my service with Afrihost mid September 2015 due to me moving.<br> <br> I did this via the call center and was told to do it online which I did with the help of the agent.<br> <br> The 1 October, 1 November & the 1 December my account was debited.<br> <br> I am having no joy to get my money refunded back to me even after speaking to a manager.<br> <br> DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ******.<br>
