Not reading complaints properly.

<p>Afrihost introduced a new way of sending invoices.</p> <p>They send them in the body of the email.</p> <p>There was some link in the email that did not work, not sure what it was for.</p> <p>I now have to log on and download my pdf invoice.</p> <p>The amounts printed on the new invoice are so light I have to write it by hand on the invoice as my accounts department cannot read the amounts.</p> <p>I brought it to their attention on the support email but as usual they come back with some snotty remark.</p> <p>Maybe now they will at least look at the font on the invoice that is to light.</p>
