Not providing me with my 500 mb p.m. data bundle as promised - Bunch of ********S

After I bought my Xiaomi from you on the 7th of November 2017 you stopped providing me with data around the 25th of December 2017...

I have sent numerous emails to you and have phoned a lot of times... Thank you for showing your true colours... The only official communications from you guys are on mybroadband.com...

You guys really are a joke.
