Not Providing a Service
I recently decided to switch my ISP to Afrihost and was told i had to wait 7 to 14 days for the migration of my line to them (no problem). Signed up and made my payment for a 10mb uncapped line. Waited patiently for the migration to finish when i received a email congratulating me that its complete. Got home and realized that my line speed is still just 4mb. I emailed support daily for the past week where they keep telling me the problem will be sorted out the next day or shortly. I told them its ridiculous as I kept my side of the contract and made my payment but I am not receiving the services that I paid for. This is the worst service I have ever received from any ISP.

We apologise for the frustration caused.
Please note that Telkom only processes one request at a time. You signed up your 4mbps line as a 10mbps. Telkom does not do an upgrade and a line migrate at the same time. You could have upgraded when the line was with Telkom and then migrated to us or in this case, migrated the line to us and then upgraded to 10mbps.
The line is with us and a package upgrade was requested. We are currently following up with Telkom as to why the sync was dropped to 4mbps (if you were on 10mbps previously). Our team will be in touch with an update. We have also submitted a new request for 10mbps. You can contact us at *** if you have any further questions.
