NOT LTE as Advertised

I'm seriously being frustrated and starting to hate Afrihost like I use to hate Rain. Their download speed on their Fixed LTE line is equally worse as Rain. This has been going on for months but sometimes because I'm away I let it fix itself. Now this weak download speed is costing me business because I'm fully home based. Their technicians keeps on asking me to reset router factory settings, which I normally do over 5 times a day. I'm retired resetting the router with the pin or switch it off for more than 5 min. This is the only solution they have. Im currently shopping for another service provider because they also blame towers not sure what to trust. I thought I'm off the hook from Rain but Afrihost problem in holiday in hell. Lastly when you call they make you hold for more than 15minutes.
