Not helpful at all!

<p>I am paying for a 8mb/sec line. Almost R600 per month only for the internet and line. Someone told us of Afrihost's great and constant service so we moved our adsl line and everything over to them. Now suddenly when we are trying to connect the line test gives us 1mb/sec. If you call the contact centre they only state that you must do all the tests yourself after which it might be Telkom's problem. (always somebody else's fault!!) Since we use this only for business purposes its supposed to be real quick but since we upgraded - our line is even slower! They are so handson with their marketing from Gian but the moment they have to deliver - its non exsisting. Maybe its time to move everything back to Telkom or other competitors.</p>
