Not happy with the service I am paying for, false claims of internet speed, poor support

I am unhappy with Afrihost for falsely telling me I have 50/50mbs fiber internet, first off I am paying for a 50/50Mbs package yet my best test speeds are never more than 15-18 download with 30-40 upload, and this is on an exeptional day!! Every other day I can barely get work done, in my off days when I try to relax and play games online or watch Netflix, I have to deal with lag and buffering. If you contact their support they just basically tell you to reset your router cache and reset the router.... like nobody knows we have ESKOM resetting our systems 3 times a day, what ****** good does it do you to fork out 1k every month if my neighbor pays less much less for his 20/10 line and we get the same speeds. Why sell someone a product you know you can't deliver on?
