Not happy with Afrihost

Afrihost keeps on trying to debit my bank account for money that i do not owe, i cancelled services, i did not receive or sign for any sim and Router delivery, please stop trying to deduct money from my bank account, i do not have any Internet services from you, cancel any open accounts, if this carries on i will contact the ombudsman and lay a formal complaint.
