Not happy with Afrihost

For the past few days I have been dealing with the support team from Afrihost and our problem is not resolved. The problem is that a director who was the primary account holder is nomore working for the company and he was the only person with the login in details. So the otp goes to that director and his nowhere to be found. We have sent proof of the current directors to Afrihost to confirm. Afrihost still says that they won't change the primary account holder.... The email for the company are not working and the current directors are still paying for the account.
