Not getting what paid for

I'm really frustrated with all these data companies that takes all the people for a .......... If I pay for 100 mbps I want 100 mbps not 40 If you throttle me to 10 mbps throttle me to 10 mbps not 0.9, and no conjunction is not my problem ,sort that out with your service provider that's what I pay you for, give me what I'm paying for
