Not getting my refund back, already 6 weeks.

Firstly I canceled my Domain last year already but Afrihost was billing me monthly for a domain that was canceled and after they corrected the mistake, They created credit notes. My last billing was on my bank account which was verified bank account by them and I have sent proof of my account to be refunded. So they still payed the refund into a closed bank account prior, so this was completely their own stupid mistake but now I have to wait ages for my refund. Secondly they still shos on my account with them i am in arrears that I am not. So conclusion Afrihost accounts department is lacking service and making numourous mistakes.
